Investabl Terms & Conditions
Operated by Investabl Limited
1. About these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Investabl Limited, a company registered in Saint Lucia with its registered office at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia (postal address: P.O. Box 838, Castries, Saint Lucia) ("Investabl", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of app.investabl.ai and every Challenge you buy.
You accept these Terms when you tick the agreement box at checkout or otherwise use the service. If you do not accept them, do not buy a Challenge.
If documents conflict, this order applies: (a) these Terms; (b) the Program Rules frozen into your account at purchase (clause 9); (c) the Rules page and help content; (d) marketing material. Marketing never creates an obligation that these Terms or the Program Rules do not.
2. Definitions
- Challenge: a paid or promotional evaluation product, identified by account size and tier (for example Pro or Ultra).
- Account: one trading account created by one Challenge purchase. It starts in the Evaluation phase and, if it passes, moves to the Funded phase.
- Program Rules: the trading rules for your Challenge, published on the Rules page and frozen into your Account at purchase.
- Starting Balance: the Account size shown at purchase.
- Reward: a payment we make to you from our own funds, calculated by reference to simulated performance on a Funded Account. It is often called a "payout".
- Related Accounts: Accounts held by you, or by anyone who shares a device, payment method, wallet, household or IP address with you, or who trades in coordination with you.
3. What Investabl is
All trading on Investabl is simulated. Your orders are executed in our own simulated trading environment against price data we source from third parties. No order is placed in any real market on your behalf, and you never own or control any real financial instrument or real funds in an Account.
A Challenge fee pays for access to an evaluation service. It is not a deposit, it is not invested, and it does not buy any financial product.
Rewards are paid from Investabl's own funds at our discretion under these Terms. They are not your trading profits, and an Account balance is not money you own or can withdraw.
We are not a broker, investment adviser or bank. All Investabl content, including any AI-generated analysis, coaching or journal insight, is for educational purposes only and is not investment advice, a business recommendation or financial analysis. Past results of any trader, including results we publish, do not predict future results.
Investabl Limited does not accept deposits and is not authorised or regulated by the Saint Lucia Financial Services Commission or any other financial authority. You will not receive the regulatory protections that apply to licensed financial services.
Where Investabl chooses to replicate your trading in live markets, the resulting positions belong entirely to Investabl and are executed at its sole discretion. You have no interest in them.
A Reward is a performance-based reward for signal evaluation. It is not an investment return or a capital gain. Most participants do not pass the Evaluation.
You use Investabl in a personal capacity only, not by way of business. Availability varies by jurisdiction, and our content is not intended for anyone in a jurisdiction where its distribution or use would break local law.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement where you live.
You may not use Investabl if you are resident in, or a national of, a country or region listed as restricted on the Rules page, or if you are named on any sanctions list. We screen for this during identity verification.
You may not use a VPN, proxy or other tool to hide your location or to get around clause 4.2.
If identity verification shows you were not eligible when you bought a Challenge, we will close the Account. If you gave false information about your age, location or identity, the fee is not refunded. Otherwise we refund the fee you paid, less any payment-network costs.
Employees and contractors of Investabl and of other proprietary trading firms may not buy Challenges without our written approval.
5. Your account
One person, one user account. You may hold several Accounts (Challenges) under your one user account, up to the limits shown when you buy. You may not create or use a second user account.
You must trade your Accounts yourself. You may not let anyone else trade them, sell or transfer them, or pay anyone to pass a Challenge for you.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We treat any activity on your login as yours unless you told us promptly that it had been compromised.
The details you give us, including your name and payout details, must be accurate and belong to you.
6. Related people and devices
If anyone else who uses Investabl shares a device, a payment card or account, a crypto wallet, or a home address or internet connection with you, you must tell us at support@investabl.ai before your first trade, or as soon as the sharing starts.
Declaring a shared household or device is not a breach. We will record it, and we will only treat those Accounts as linked if their trading is also coordinated (clause 11).
Failing to declare sharing that we later detect is a breach of these Terms in itself.
In plain terms: families and flatmates can both trade with us. Tell us first, and we won't treat a shared Wi-Fi as fraud.
7. Buying a Challenge
The price is shown at checkout. If more than one discount could apply (promo code, referral discount or grant), only the largest one is used; discounts do not stack.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout for your country. Crypto payments must be sent in the exact token, on the exact network and to the exact address shown for your order.
Your Account is created when we confirm your payment. For crypto, that means we have seen the transaction on-chain for the correct amount.
If a payment arrives short, late, duplicated or cannot be matched to an order, we will review it and, within 30 days, either create the Account or return the funds to the originating wallet or payment method, less payment-network costs. Funds sent in the wrong token or on the wrong network may not be recoverable, and we are not responsible for their loss.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase or to Rewards you receive.
8. Refunds
Before your first trade: you can ask for a full refund of the fee within 14 days of purchase, as long as no trade has been placed on the Account. Email us from your registered address.
After your first trade: the fee is not refundable. By placing a trade, you ask us to start the service immediately and you accept that any statutory cancellation right ends at that point.
Fee refund with a Reward: when the Reward stated at checkout for a Funded Account is paid (for example, its third Reward), we add the fee you actually paid for that Account (after any discount). That Reward number is fixed when you buy the Account and later changes do not apply to it. Only Rewards already paid count towards the number: the fee is added to the first Reward you request once the Rewards before it have been paid, so one still pending, rejected or failed does not count. This happens once per Account. If the Reward carrying the refund is rejected, the fee refund moves to the next Reward that is paid. Accounts obtained free or with a 100% discount have no fee to refund.
Chargebacks: if you reverse a payment through your bank or payment provider while holding the benefit of the Challenge, we will close that Account and may close your Related Accounts. Any Reward not yet paid on those Accounts is forfeited.
9. Program Rules
Each Challenge has Program Rules: profit target, daily and maximum loss limits, minimum trading days, consistency rules, news rules, minimum holding time, position and leverage limits, Reward cadence, profit split and any cap. They are published on the Rules page and form part of these Terms.
Frozen at purchase. The Program Rules in force when you buy are recorded in your Account and do not change for that Account, except as set out in clause 9.3.
The following platform settings apply to all Accounts and may be changed with at least 7 days' notice by email and on the Rules page: minimum holding time, position-size limits per asset class, the news window and its exemption for longer-held positions, leverage, and the basis on which the profit target is judged (closed balance with no position open, clause 10.1). The target percentage itself stays frozen under clause 9.2.
Rule checks run on your Account's live value, including open positions, unless the Rules page says otherwise for a specific rule. The profit target is the exception set out in clause 10.1: it is judged on closed balance, with no position open.
10. Evaluation, passing, breach
Passing. When your Account meets every Evaluation requirement in its Program Rules, we move the Account to the Funded phase and reset its balance to the Starting Balance. The profit target is judged on the Account's closed balance — realised profit from closed positions — and only while no position is open; profit or loss on an open position does not count toward it, and a target met on closed balance while a position is open is held until that position is closed. Profit made in the Evaluation phase is not paid out.
A pass is subject to identity verification and to our review under clause 12. Passing does not waive any breach of these Terms that we find later.
Breach. If your Account reaches a loss limit in its Program Rules, we close all open positions at the current price and the Account ends permanently. A breach cannot be reversed, except where it was caused by our own pricing or system error (clause 19.3).
An Evaluation has a time limit only where the Program Rules for your Challenge set one.
11. Prohibited practices
You must not:
- Hedge across accounts: hold opposite positions in Related Accounts, or between an Investabl Account and an account at another firm, so that one side profits whatever the market does.
- Copy other people: copy trades from, or share trades with, another person, a signal group or a trade-copying service. Copying between Accounts that are all your own is allowed, as long as each Account follows its Program Rules on its own.
- Coordinate: trade in coordination with others to pass Challenges or spread risk across accounts.
- Exploit the platform: use latency arbitrage, high-frequency trading, or any strategy that profits from price-feed delays, pricing errors, stale quotes, or bugs in our platform. If you notice an error, report it.
- Average into losers: use martingale, grid or similar strategies that add to a losing position to recover it.
- Manipulate rule mechanics: open positions to game how rules are measured rather than to trade, for example to manufacture trading days, to reset timers, or to disarm a consistency or news rule.
- Cycle accounts: repeatedly buy and fail Challenges with high-risk trading in the hope that one passes.
- Use someone else's identity, payment method or wallet, or hold more than one user account (clause 5.1).
- Use a trading bot you do not control. Bots and expert advisers are allowed if you own or control them and they are not shared with other traders.
News trading and very short holding times are not prohibited. They are handled by the news and minimum-holding rules on the Rules page, which remove the profit from affected trades rather than penalise the Account.
Unfair or abusive trading. The list in clause 11.1 is not complete. You must not trade in any way that we reasonably consider to be gambling, an attempt to exploit the simulated environment, or an attempt to take unfair advantage of Investabl or of other traders instead of showing real trading skill. Examples include:
- one-sided or all-or-nothing bets;
- over-leveraging, or putting most of the available margin into a single position;
- position sizes, trade counts or holding times that differ sharply from your own history, including between the Evaluation and Funded phases;
- passing, or earning most of your profit, through a small number of oversized trades;
- trading around market gaps, rollover or illiquid hours to capture pricing artefacts;
- opening and closing positions with no market rationale;
- any strategy that a reasonable person would not use in a live market with their own money.
Our discretion. We decide, in our sole discretion and acting in good faith, whether trading falls within this clause 11. We are not required to warn you before we act.
12. Monitoring and review
To detect breaches of clauses 5, 6 and 11, we monitor trading activity, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods and wallet addresses.
A pass, a first Reward, or an activity pattern we detect may trigger a review. While it is under review we may hold a Reward request. A hold is not a refusal.
We may ask you to take part in a short video call, or to provide documents, to confirm your identity or explain your trading. If you do not respond within 10 business days, the Reward stays on hold until you do.
Our commitment to you. If we apply any consequence under clause 13, we will tell you which clause you breached and show you the evidence: the trade IDs involved and, for related-account findings, the type of link (device, wallet, payment method or matched trades), without disclosing another person's personal data.
You can appeal within 14 days by email. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will reply within 14 days.
13. Consequences
For breaches of clauses 4, 5, 6.3, 8.4 or 11 we may take one or more of these measures: remove the profit from the trades involved; hold, reduce or refuse a Reward; lower the Account's leverage; cap its position size or its risk per trade; restrict the instruments it can trade; reduce its profit split; end the Account; end Related Accounts that took part; or refuse future purchases. Unpaid Rewards on an Account we end are forfeited, and fees are not refunded.
We choose the measure in our sole discretion, in proportion to how serious the breach is. After any appeal under clause 12.5, our decision is final.
We will not claw back a Reward already paid unless it was obtained by fraud, identity misuse or collusion under clause 11.1(a)–(c) or (h).
14. Rewards (payouts)
A Funded Account becomes eligible for a Reward when it meets the payout conditions in its Program Rules. The Rules page lists these: profitable days, cadence, consistency, minimum amount, profit split and any cap.
Before your first Reward you must pass identity verification with our verification provider. Rewards are paid only to a person whose identity matches the account holder.
Rewards are paid in USDC or USDT to a wallet address you provide, on a network we support. Check the address and network carefully. A payment sent to the address and network you gave us counts as paid.
When a Reward is paid, the Account balance is reduced by the Reward divided by your profit split. You keep trading the same Account.
Your first Reward, and any Reward above our security thresholds, is reviewed by a person before payment. We may also queue Rewards when total daily payouts across the firm reach a security limit. These limits can delay a Reward, but they never reduce the amount you are owed.
We publish typical payout times, but we do not guarantee any time. If a Reward shows as "failed", no funds left our wallet; the amount stays reserved and the payment is retried.
Where the Program Rules for your Challenge set no lifetime cap on Rewards, that stays true for your Account. We will only set a cap on a specific Account after a finding under clause 13.1.
15. Pauses and inactivity
We may pause an Account during a review. A pause closes open positions at the current price, cancels pending orders and holds pending Rewards. It is not a breach. When we resume the Account, any inactivity period restarts.
Funded Accounts that place no trade for the number of days set in their Program Rules end under the inactivity rule.
16. Promotional and creator accounts
Accounts given free, with a 100% discount or as a prize follow the same Program Rules and these Terms as paid Accounts.
Accounts provided under a creator or partnership agreement are governed by that agreement as well. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.
The referral and affiliate programme has its own terms, shown in the affiliate dashboard.
17. Public display
When we pay a Reward, we may announce it on our website and community channels (such as Telegram and Discord) showing the amount and a masked version of your email address. To opt out, email support@investabl.ai.
Payout proof pages and certificates use your chosen display name or an anonymous handle. Certificates are shareable only through their private link.
18. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and why. In short, we process: your login details; identity-verification results (the documents stay with our verification provider); device, IP and payment identifiers used for clause 12; your trading data; and, if you use the AI coach or journal, your notes and voice recordings, which are processed by our AI provider.
We use analytics and advertising measurement tools as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Platform and prices
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance and outages can happen.
Prices in the simulated environment come from third-party feeds plus our published spreads and fees. If a trade was opened or closed at a price that was clearly wrong because of a feed or system error, we may correct or cancel that trade.
If our own pricing or system error caused a breach, we will reinstate the Account, or give you a replacement Challenge of the same size, once we confirm the error. Send us the details within 7 days.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, plus any Reward that is due and unpaid under these Terms.
We are not liable for indirect losses, for lost trading opportunities, or for losses caused by your own devices, internet connection or wallet.
21. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Investabl at any time. Refunds are governed by clause 8, and Rewards you are already eligible for remain payable.
We can end this agreement for a breach under clause 13. We can also end it without cause on 30 days' notice. In that case we pay every Reward you are eligible for on the date the notice ends, and we refund the fee for any Account on which no trade has been placed.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice by email and in the app. Changes never alter the Program Rules frozen into an existing Account (clause 9.2), and never apply new restrictions to trades placed before the change.
23. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Saint Lucia, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. We will reply within 14 days.
